I invite you to join the classes on a regular basis, embarking on this journey together and supporting each other in the commitment to nourish yourself. Let the time you spend on the mat be your refuge, your place of growth, the place where you can be yourself fully. Apart from weekly classes, I am ready to organise special courses or themed workshops for you. I also offer private sessions and office yoga - on a regular basis and as a team building events.

Through steady, engaging practices and experienced guiding, the intention of my classes is to cultivate body and mind benefits that will stay once you are off the mat. Guiding you through intentional movement and mindful stillness, I hope to bring you to a state of being fully present.
In my classes you can expect to explore classic yoga Asanas combined with functional movement, working with body lines, tissues and energy. I build classes based on the alignment based 200 YTT, Iyengar Yoga as well as natural, organic movement and free expression, cultivating an experience of “freedom from the strong base”.
