Morning Flow
A great way into the weekend, shake off the tiredness, revitalise, energise and give your mind a break. This class combines the elements of Vinyasa ~ steady breath-paced movement, cultivating strength and Hatha ~ improving balance and alignment, which get harmonised with deeper stretches and releasing positions for the balanced and nourished body & mind. Perfect weekend treat!
Living Yolates
Living Yolates is a holistic form of training combining yoga, pilates and dance. The class is both grounding and dynamic, you will be guided through pilates exercises, yoga Asanas, more intuitive free movement and dance. The focus of the practice is to create a sense of flow, connection and space, cultivating body awareness, strength from within, balancing body & mind, and elevating energy.
