All our classes are rooted in tradition of Yoga and holistic approach to the body, mind and energy work.

Morning Flow

A great way into the weekend, shake off the tiredness, revitalise, energise and give your mind a break. This class combines the elements of Vinyasa ~ steady breath-paced movement, cultivating strength and Hatha ~ improving balance and alignment, which get harmonised with deeper stretches and releasing positions for the balanced and nourished body & mind. Perfect weekend treat!

Grounding Yin

This is your small weekend retreat. Create a space of ease where all the disturbances and tensions from the week can melt away, cultivating stillness and awareness. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin yoga stimulates the muscles, joints and tissues to allow better energy flow, while the mind unwinds.

You can expect staying in poses around 2-7 minutes, surrendering into deeper stretches, grounding, releasing tissues and muscles, nourishing joints. This practice helps to release the stress, improves overall mobility, stimulates energy flow and strengthens the immune system.

Living Yolates

Living Yolates is a holistic form of training combining yoga, pilates and dance. The class is both grounding and dynamic, you will be guided through pilates exercises, yoga Asanas, more intuitive free movement and dance. The focus of the practice is to create a sense of flow, connection and space, cultivating body awareness, strength from within, balancing body & mind, and elevating energy.

Hatha

Hatha yoga is a slow and steady class, explore traditional yoga positions 〜 Asanas, together with the breathing exercises - pranayama. Slow sequences of Asanas allow you to refine alignment and invite even more awareness into your practice.

Yoga for Runners

Run and yoga is such a great match! You can start from  jogging around the beautiful Amager Strand, getting the breath and circulation going, and then join us diving deep into an hour of Hatha yoga session, dedicated to runners. Great start of the day!
